Spring Fair at the NEC February 2024

We attended this years Spring Fair at the NEC in Birmingham! It was a wonderful experience ( as it always is ) and we got to meet lots of new suppliers, as well as catching up with our current suppliers. We discovered a variety of new products that we are super excited to show you all, from novelty Christmas tree decorations, unique Easter decorations, gift ideas for children and more. We always like going to Spring Fair at the NEC as it gives us chance to gain inspiration of the new product lines that we want to invest in, as well as seeing what other companies have got to offer in the wild world of gifting. Not only can you explore gifting options at Spring Fair, you can also look at home decor, fashion items and more! The options and possibilities are endless. If you are looking to gain positive relationships with suppliers and look at the best trends that are up are coming, Spring Fair is the place to be. Take a look at some of the things we got up to whilst attending Spring Fair, we had so much fun!

During our visit to Spring Fair 2024 we attended some really useful and educational talks from the likes of Theo Paphitis and more. We learnt about the latest trends when it comes to gifting and what the predictions are for the business and retail industry in 2024. Not only can you find new suppliers and fantastic new products at Spring Fair, you can also educate yourself on business and the retail industry which we always find super interesting.

At Spring Fair you are bound to experience guest speakers talking about their opinions on the retail industry, so look out for some celebrities that you would like to learn a thing or two from! Whether you are a business or are looking at starting out your business, these talks at Spring Fair are really worth going to and we would highly recommend them.

Visiting Our Suppliers!

Our favourite part about Spring Fair is going to see what goodies our current suppliers have in store for us. There are so many fabulous products to choose from and it is hard to know what to pick! Above is an example of the Garden Trading stand which we thought looked amazing. We are always inspired by their ideas and love picking out new products for the year, have you seen the brand new items on our Garden Trading page? We have just released their brand new door stops, salt and pepper pots, post boxes and more. They never fail to entice us with their homeware accessories, we just wish we could take it all home ourselves!

We could talk all day about the amount of suppliers we saw! But we also visited our good friends at Wrendale Designs, Sass & Belle and Widdop Gifts. Their presentations of their products were equally as amazing and we loved looking at the new product launches that are coming out this year and into the next! It is super exciting to see what products we can offer, although it can be overwhelming sometimes, our current suppliers are so helpful in helping us decide what products would suit our online gift shop the best. We added some bits to our basket for this year from Christmas baubles, new cuddly Warmies, some fantastic homeware pieces and more! so keep your eyes peeled for our new stock.  We are sure that you will love the new bits and bobs just as much as we did!

Our day was filled with so much fun and excitement, we absolutely loved the Christmas department ( no surprise there ) and couldn't wait to get on hands on some new baubles, resin decorations, wooden ornaments and more! Even though we attend Spring Fair each year, suppliers never fail to amaze us with their fantastic selection of products and branding. We are really grateful that we are able to attend these events and become excited for what is to come.
